Beginners’ Course
A wonderful way to get to grips with the basics of yoga. This is directed to anyone who finds themselves occasionally at a loss in a general class.
The Beginner’s Course, is a step by step approach, teaching each posture in detail, paying great attention to correct alignment and safety. We also spend time learning the various breathing techniques in detail, giving each student the opportunity to ask questions and advance at their pace.
There will be four 2 hour lessons and two 1 hour theory lessons, it is taught over two days, by Denise, a highly experienced and fully qualified teacher.
£70 for the full weekend, this course can be residential or non-residential. Bring lunch to share.
